Plans for 2023

Today, I am releasing a podcast with my plans for 2023. 

First, I talk about the events I have planned for the month, especially the first event on January 19th at Ignite Gaming Lounge which is a fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Evanston's charitable foundation. This is the event for the who's who of Skokie and Evanston to hear from the leaders of the community of what to expect, and for everyone to get to meet. Monthly events will follow. In 2023, I also plan to change the focus of my second podcast, the Real Estate Diplomat. The shows current focus is an American's guide to global real estate looking through a geo-political lens. While there may be some episodes that relate to real estate, I plan to shift the focus geopolitics through the eyes of an American real estate entrepreneur (me). I plan to speak to all types of people in regards to geo-political affairs who interest me, and I hope listeners come along for the ride.  I view this show as my passion project, and I want to lean into that passion.
